Com on, I just got the car 2 months ago and a recall has been made for the airbag, it might not deploy in case of an accident. This recall is for coupe and sedan. Sucks!

I read that they do not have the fix set up yet but notices are supposed to come out starting in June. At least thats what the Infiniti website was saying.

I was at Sacramento Infiniti yesterday, and apparently they haven't even heard about the recall.

My car's already at Beshoff - they said they'd take a look at the recall list and see if my car's on it.

I'm not sure if this is part of the same issue, but I did have some concern with this. Anytime my girlfriend is sitting in the passenger seat and not sitting all the way back in the seat the airbag light always flickers on and off. The Infiniti people told me it was working as intended when I asked about it, but sounded like BS to me. Anyone else notice this issue? I'm going to have to take my car back in to see what they say now.

I have noticed the same thing but I think that is more with just not sitting in the seat properly so the sensor does not trigger. It is based on weight and if there is not enough on the sensor then it won't trigger the airbag to be active for the passenger. I never figured it was anything with the car, more or less just my passengers inability to use a seat as intended.
