I go to sierra barbershop in Milpitas. True barbershop. Fades, taper, trim, everything they even shave you up with the old school one blade razors and they arnt old *** dudes its 2 young asian chicks 2 middle aged ones and one young dude.. Been going there for 8yrs. It gets super pack tho so you gotta go in the morinings. only older guy is the owner Steve he legit tho. Some chick named Mie cuts my hair.

I haven't been here yet but I heard some good things about "Cardinal Barber Shop" in Palo Alto. The owner seems to go way out of his way to make sure that his customers are comfortable.
