OP has been updated. Thanks for the contributions - after culling through all the posts its pretty obvious that the cops love I-280 (both directions, particularly around the intersection with 85), the intersection of 101 & 92, and the exit to the caldecott tunnel on 24. I'll update the list as folks add new traps.

I80 all around American Canyon.
I80 east all around 80/680/12 merging connectors. Hides on redtop rd on-ramp.
Hwy 12 east connector off I80 east. 65 dwn to 55 just over hill...hello (BAM) then dwn to 50...(BAM).
Hwy 12 east from Suisun out to Rio Vista and vise versa (blood alley) with dbl fines.

i almost forgot about these two on 101 in Marin County:
- CHP likes to hide along the . There is a hedge in front of the onramp so the only part of the cruiser you can see is the driver side window, radar gun, and lights up top. Very sneaky.
- almost every time i'm on 101N i see a cruiser parked at one of the three exits between Mill Valley and Corte Madera.
