what about UPREV reflash kit? i read somewhere they provide 2 Etunes or something like that

HilArious I had 3 shops turn me down when I asked them to put my berk hfc on!!! Stupid man

 

haha, probably they know it's illegal in CA and didn't want to take the chance. i'm sure some performance shops will do it.

Good luck getting it done, but just a word of warning:

You're asking for help on an open forum to install something you've acknowledged is illegal when you've got your location, year, make, model and mods listed for your car? Be careful out there!

I had the same problem, when I moved here. No shop would install my HFC, eventhough I am a florida resident with FL tags. I ended up going to Rusty to get it installed.

 

I've heard good things about Z Car Garage.

If not there, you could try calling other tuners located in East Bay. (FFTEC, GST)

If you're really having trouble finding someone to install your HFC, I have a few friend's who work at shops. I'll ask them if they can do it for you if you still need it.

Located in San Bruno though.
