Honest/Reliable Infiniti Dealer in Sac area
I'm thinking of taking my car in for an OC test as it's starting to burn more oil than I'm comfortable with. I'm using German Castrol Synth 0w-30 and changed my oil at 5months/3.5k miles and it was about 1/4'' from the L on the dipstick. I was monitoring the oil between changes; it seems to have been okay for the first thousand or so miles but burned much quicker as the oil aged.
Anyway, I'm in Reno and the closest Infiniti dealership is in Roseville. I have some breather mods (MD MREV2, 5/16 Spacer, Z-Tube) and I've heard horror stories about dealers turning people down because of even small mods. I asked a couple people and they said steer clear of Roseville and that Elk Grove was very friendly and easy-going with mods. Can anyone second that? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated =)

I have taking my car to both roseville and elk groove. I didn't get turn away for mods on my car from either place, but the maintainers on roseville are horrible. When they work on your car they leave it dirty on the inside. I had glue on my seat one time after they worked on the seat belt TSB. Another time my car smelled like the spilled fuel on the inside.
The elk groove infiniti dealer are friendly, but I was not impress with them either. I took my car to them to change the valve cover, they reconnected my grounding wires on the wrong location and left one of the bolts loose. They also left my radiato cap loose and my car was overheating, I had radiator fluid all over my engine bay and bumper.
Now I always check up after the dealership, I inspect my car really thouroughly when I get it back from them. Out of the 2 dealership Elk Groove is a little better.
