What: Family BBQ/Potluck

When: Sunday June 12th @ 11am

Where: Heather Farms - 301 N San Carlos Dr - Walnut Creek

There has been a buzz about doing a meet/gtg so.....let's get spring started off with a good ole family NorCal G BBQ

Something to note. We've never had a problem in the past but we need to be sure to keep the event to no more than 25 cars and 50 people to avoid needed to purchase event permits.

Heather Farms is a great place and has always been a good spot for us to hold these types of events over the years. Bring the kids as well as there is a great play structure right in front of the area we will be meeting at.

This will be a potluck style BBQ.

We need to be sure to be low key at this meet (no reving, dounuts..horseplay ) as there is always walnut creek PD sharing the parking lot with us. That's been the case every year we've had these bbq's. They've always been nice enough to leave us alone so let's keep that going

If we want to have some kind of collection for ribs and chicken like in previous years, I can take care of that.

If not, we need 3-4 people to bring those items. That way no one is stuck with a huge expense.
