I bought my 05 G Coupe there. If it wasn't for my buddy who is the mechanic there (hes the only one that touches my car) I would stay away from Concord too. The people there are straight up suckers....

Just got mine done at niello in concord. They fixed the cable, washed/cleaned my car, and did a 3 pt inspection for free. The car wash wasnt the best (soap spots left on and wheels had water marks) but it was FREE!

How ever they did try to get me to change my front compression rod bushing and have me buy new rotors and brake for 900 dollars each... but I do most of my own maintenance so it was just nice having someone tell me what was wrong with the car for free.

I'd rather not have them wash the car if there are spots left. Even if it was free...

That's me. I'm too **** about my car anyway.

Never had an issue with Niello Infiniti, they even replaced my transmission under warranty even though I blew it up with nitrous on my previous car

I didn't have issues till I had to deal with Jeff because no other advisers were there. According to him EVERYTHING is wear and tear & my fault.

I believe Jeff opens, so if you go in the morning. Expect to be helped by him. Otherwise go in the afternoon. But I like getting my car work done early so im not left without a car more than 1 day at a time

If you ask and get to Beshoff early, there's usually a loaner for you.

lol, jeff is my step-mothers brother. hes cool in my book since he got me a good deal on my car and if i want to drive to concord i could get employee/family discount on all services.

You should let him know that no one likes him & I'm calling consumer affairs to complain specifically about him.

lol that's prolly why u don't dislike him haha I see him every couple of months and get a good couple hours of arguing each time.
