Fairfield = 2 stars
Beshoff = 4 stars

No Dealer is 100% perfect every time. Sheit happens.

Yess! So today I went in to finally get my shifter plate fixed etc. & I worked with Lincoln & let me tell you what a change! I was taken care of, everything was checked out & fixed. I was treated with nothing but respect by Lincoln. I waited for my car to be finished in the showroom & talked to Bill about my issue and he told Dave the service manager & I talked to him & he made sure my car was fixed perfectly & everything, He assured me that he will talk to Jeff. I even told him about this thread & that I'm not the only one upset by Niello's service and he walked me out to my car made sure everything was working & clean (I don't get my car washed by them so not clean just as clean as it was when i brought it) so over all this dealership has changed and is getting better, I'm going to give them another chance next time I need something done. I had nothing but a positive experience today! I guess you just have to file a few complaints once in a while...If only they were this great from the start so I wouldn't have had to complain and make 3 or 4 visits to get 1 issue fixed.

that's great to hear but I doubt things will change within Concord Infiniti. I'll give them a chance again when I hear positive reviews about them.

That's good you got your situation all straighten up tho

Yeah, I'm giving them 1 more chance & Dave (service manager) said he will take care of my car personally when ever I bring it in, Which makes me feel a lot better about bringing it in.

I've always gone to Infiniti of Pleasanton and never had a problem. They provide a loaner for any service including oil changes. They even give your car a complementary wash with any service, but I would turn it down if you don't like water spots all over your ride.

great alternate to dealer service

I used to get my service at Niello, but the service advisors never really seemed to fully understand some of my complaints and the prices were quite high. It seemed like the service advisors were another arm of the sales department trying to sell more unnecessary services.

I happened to find an independent Infiniti mechanic through yelp, and my experience with today was great. Marc at Rover Doc, in Martinez near the Pine St exit on highway 4, is a 1 man show and did a great job. He was a Rover mechanic for many years but also worked at Fairfield Infiniti's service department for a few years. His prices are about a 30% discount from the dealer. I just did my 60K service and he checked out and took care of the little complaints I had. When he saw that I was an A's fan, he even gave me a couple of tickets to the A's - Giants game next month! How awesome is that! It turns out they were $40 each group tickets that I verified at the A's website, so that was like getting another $80 discount! Very friendly guy and really seems to know what he's doing. If there's an Infiniti job that over his head, he'll get his buddy that runs an independent Infiniti garage in Pittburg to come over and do the work at his garage.

I won't be back to the Niello Service department any time soon, unless I have work covered by warranty.

Check out Marc at http://www.roverdoc.com
