i would contact the local shops that deal with modded imports (FFTEC, MachIII, ZCG, etc.) and see if they can help you out.

Talk to the shops that BigC mentioned, that would be your first start.

 

If you're gonna go ahead and do that. Don't call them. They'd probably just hang up on you. If anything, show up in person and ask. It's not likely they will recommend you to someone, but if that's your only option thus far. Why not.

 

no shop is gonna help you do an illegal smog and risk loosing their license over it, especially if you are just some random cat that's never done any business with them.
