I'm not real sure where the GGG is going right now. Nobody want to step up and take responsibility in 2005. It takes alot of committment and time to keepo things rolling. So don't depend on us the GGG planning committee, but if you would like to commit yourself I could point you in the right direction.

BASE ACURA TLX NOW WANT A G35 AGAIN THOUGH
Here's what's going on...at this time GFUNK808 stepped down from planning the meets...Prior to Nick was DYENBOY aka DONNIE. I've been asked to take over for 2005 but here's the problem we've encountered.

From experience, whenever we set up a meet, only a handful of cars show up. The most we've had in the past 2 years was 30...That's considered a big meet. To compare with my350z.com and l.a. meets, they average 50-100+ cars per meet. With that said, we stopped planning meets. Seriously if you guys and ladies want to plan a meet, it does take a lot of work...It takes time and planning and usually about 2 months notice to plan a meet and get together.

Another thing that seems to work for other clubs is a mini meet maybe twice a month.
Be it meeting up for coffee or lunch or in and out.
If you guys and ladies are seriusly interested....PLEASE START A LIST!

The next meet I think would be at the Japan town show...JDMTHEORY.COM.
There's a link somewhere so if we can get 10 guys to committ...that'll be a good sign..of course 10+ would be great.

Bobby - if you guys and ladies want to do a friday or saturday night meet...pm me with your cell and we'll try to hook up!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

This is for the jdmtheory.com show in Japantown. Pre-registration is $10.00 / $15.00 when we roll in...can we get at least 10 G35's to committ? One of each color in cpes and sedans would be GREAT...

Wassup ya'll

Just wanted to let you know there is a small car show in Japan Town on the 23rd of January (Sunday) from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Here's a cut and paste of the info:

J's Gathering in J-town --> FUNCTION B4 FASHION VOL 2
SUNDAY January 23rd, 2005
10am-3pm
San Francisco Japantown
Kabuki Theater garage
(ENTER "J's GAthering" through the FILMORE/GEARY Entrance ONLY -

A link for further info:

JDM Theory

Pre-registration if you want to show your car is $10.00 and you get a free t-shirt. Roll-in time is 8:00 am. Pay when you get there, but you'll need to email ernestojr@jdmtheory.com with your car info as well as a contact number to be considered pre-reg.

Admission to the show is free, but the garage does charge hourly parking.

I will be "debuting" my car there. Along with many of the other cars that will be there, you'll see a Giallo Orion (Lamborghini Yellow) G35 Coupe dressed up in a KenStyle bodykit sitting on Diamond Black Volk GT-7's

Hope some "old-timers" from the Golden Gate G35 era can come out and support.

Thank you,

Vinh

Sorry, but I just have to ask you again. So you want me to pay and park my stock car next to those modded one? Or just park aside instead? I heard space is very limited. They may hate me for taking up the space with a stock car.
