Mine went to the left speaker only on the way home, had to brake hard for it to come back to the right LOL.
I am also going to get a new DD head unit and replace this stock system.

Yeah, my hand is hurting from banging the side of the head unit. Mostly happens when playing cd's.

Wes- do you have satellite in your car? I bypassed the sat hookup and added the stock ipod adapter. Ipod=no problems with the stoopid cd's.
(I know I was supposed to use one of the sat inputs, but it was simpler that way since I don't use the sat)

My head unit has the SAT button but I do not have a SAT radio hooked up. So, sounds like I can adapt the SAT channel for the Ipod?
Thx

Update,
Radio and cd player sound went intermitant again. Spoke to Rob at Z Car, he reccomended Radio Medic's in Rancho Cordova. I called Fernando and he dianosed the problem spot on. He knew exactly what was wrong. He rebuilt the power board and tuned up the cd player. All fixed!!! Cost less then $300.00 and took about 3 hours. I drove the car around while he fixed the head unit.
