I had a coupe we'll call him AL try to run from my sedan last night. By the main post office in SJ What for? I just wanted to give you a thumbs up but you ran and couldn't get more than a car length and a half away from a sedan? Hope nothing is wrong with your ride as it did smell of sulfur as you floored it.

what were you expecting? First off a sedan has 270 while a coupe has 280? Second of all, from a lot of dyno's i've seen the sedan was a bit underrated so some sedans are closer to 280 at the crank. 3rd, was the coupe a 6mt or auto? 6mt tend to be a little faster. 4th, a car and a half lead and couldnt gain anymore is pretty good. 5th, i dont understand your post at all. Do you have a coupe or sedan? First you say you have a coupe then you say you have a sedan in the same sentance.

 

The 03-04 sedans are listed at 260hp. The 5ATs are pretty much 260hp as they generally dyno ~215-219 on a dynojet. The 6MTs generally dyno in the low 220s on a dynojet, which is close to a coupe that would dyno high 220s or 230.

Those are stock figures.

And 1.5 car lengths is a fairly hefty lead.

He has a sedan, and he raced a coupe. The first sentence is a little confusing; it says he had a coupe race his sedan.
