Need some local help

First I want to thank Big C (Chris) for loaning me his spare front suspension system due to one of my Tein CS leaking and needed rebuilding, the struts (both) are actually in Japan right now.

Last night I noticed a leak from my rear so now I need to send them both to Japan as well so I need a stock rear set if anyone has one I can borrow for awhile.

Please let me know if anyone has their stock rear suspension laying around

So this really sucks *****, got an email back from Tein stating that it will cost $510 to re-furbish one strut, the bulk of the money is shipping to Japan and back and then to my place......and here I was thinking I would do all 4.

So now I am looking for a set of Tein Flex or CS as I would like to incorparate my EDFC with these still.

Anyone know of a set being sold let me know, not looking for new just used.

I did, they are at the facility now but due to these being the gold colored TEIN CS the liquid is not approved in the US so they have to be shipped out to Japan. The newer version is black and gold and uses an approved liquid in the US and thus can be rebuilt here.......just my freaking luck.

Shipping to Japan and back is $250 alone.

I would talk to Odi Bachkis @ Feal. He is the man when it comes to coilovers. He is the only person I would trust with rebuilding coilovers in the states. You can even upgrade to swift springs while your at it. Swift springs make such a huge difference, alone. http://rallyracingsuspension.com/page12.html

Thanks to tbg35c I have a stock rear suspension setup.

I am now looking at purchasing a used set of Teins due to the cost of fixing these

That's a shame. Can't Tein USA just rebuild them with different fluid or can you have Tein Japan send 4 shocks over?
