For those of you at the Norcal Dyno Day at Modacar in Livermore, CA who liked my Hella Supertone Horns you can pick them up here:

This is one of the easiest mods you can do to your G. The toughest part is removing the grill. Once the grill is removed the Supertones is a simple swap utilizing stock mounting points and stock connectors. We are lucky in the fact that the G already has a Horn Relay with built in 30 amp fuse. This negates the need to use, and rewire, the included relay that comes with the Supertones. The horns are a definite improvement in both sound (more European/Asian) and a definite DB improvement(118db). Make sure if you order from the above website you order part number HL85115. This is the best sounding of the two models offered...

I'd love to but unfortunatly (believe it or not) I don't have a camcorder or any other way of taking a sound bite. If any of the Norcal members want to meet me for lunch in say Livermore/Pleasanton/Dublin, who has a camcorder, we could do a sound clip of their stock horns...and then one of mine. (As long as the camcorder doesn't have an auto sound leveling feature you should be able to hear a distinct difference in tone and volume).
thank you barry....
read your post in the tech/mod section, congrats on the numbers....i think the supertones added 5 HP, at least.
otherwise that plenum spacer is doing an excellent job.
