Shoot me over your email and I'll send you copies of what I sent into the court, from there you can just cut and paste in word...change a few facts to your case and roll with it.

My arguments were among proof of radar, speedometer calibration, the officer taking the 24 hour nhtsa radar course, the cop illegaly speeding and pulling me over without his red light activated to catch up to me, possible illegle speed trap, no patrol no./radr number on ticket to even verify any calibration documents....etc. Also asked for a fine reducement and traffic school assignment in the event the decision doesn't go in my favor, backup plan1....trial de neuvo...backup plan 2. I like to be a ***** to the courts....they bully you around if you don't know your rights!

Alright so I sent a letter to the court about 3 weeks ago. At that point I had plenty of time to work things out with the court. Today, I just got a 1 page, single paragraph response from the court, saying that my request for written declaration has been DENIED and that I have to show up at the court between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. WHAT THE F*** IS THAT? Anything else I can do besides the obvious: show up?

Truly I feel your pain..... However, what I Imagine is going to happen is this. The Judge will side with the *****!!!... "I mean police officer". Simular situation
happen to years back while riding my Ricerocket late one nite, I was laying on the tank under the windshield to keep the cold air off me. I was just cruising along @ 65~70 MPH.... Cars whipping by. I seen the CHP come down the off ramp and follow me for a few miles before he pulled me over and the same shpill. "Do you know why I pulled you over". Asked me to take my helmet off, Get off the Bike, Give him the key and wait..... 30 minutes later gave me a ticket for 66 miles (1) mile over speed limit.. Santa Clara Traffic court judge said "Your guilty even if you drive (1) mile over the speed limit"

Went to traffic school.... I still have the ticket as a reminder how Police can abuse their power.. Argh!!!

Sorry to hear your plight though.

I'll look out, I'm going to Vegas in Aug. in my G.

I'm a student for freaks sake, how can I just especially make a trip down there to fix this? Argh!
Too Bad If you had know this you could have asked for a change of Venue to ao Different County.
