Good audio shop recommendation in bay area/sac

I'm looking for a good audio shop to do some installation, preferably a shop that has installed on a few g's and know what they're doing.. a shop that is meticulous about their installs, so any recommendations is appreciated.

Sound Innovations - Hayward
I had my previous vehicle outfitted by them and it sounded/looked amazing.

Motor Music - Daly City
I have not used them, but saw this thread and was impressed:

If its meticulous you want? look no further than Sound Innovations, they did at least two Gs i know of, one sedan they fiberglassed AVIC-N1 into the cubby hole, one coupe they did Focal's up front and JL's sub and amp in the trunk, nothing short of awesome! plus half of mine

Sound Innovations is not cheap, but worth every penny IMO.

Here's their website:

I dealt with the owner Ernesto, super nice guy.

I would not say they're "extremly" overpriced, its just the labor goes into it, Its all depends on what type of system you trying to install, as example, they fiberglassed the N1 into the cubby hole? it was around 1200, just for the labor , I am sure someone will do it for less, but you get what you paid for it, I should know...

Its not your typical audio shop, used to pass by there twice a day, for longest time, I thought its an recording studio, cus there are no ppl stand around outside of shop, no loud music pumping, not even a sign, untill i saw there cars in car audio mag, three times in 6 mos! Now if you just want something sample? like replace the spearkers or pre-made sub box? I would go somewhere else, cus they dont even have pre-made boxes...

Ernie is only guy you dealt with come to think of it, Ernie's middle name might be "meticulous" no matter how busy he might be? he alway took time to talk to me and explain things out for me, was there last week, he went into great length explaining how "Clean Sweep" works I would just go talk to him first, well worth the trip.

Here are few pics and make your call...first couple are some other shop did and what Ernie did...

I would only go with Sound Innovations for my cars... You can't go wrong with Ernie. They're not your local audio shop, they're a high end custom installation shop.

They've done the following projects for me:

Prelude VTEC

Integra GSR
