a fuse blew .... went in to Oakland and they fixed it within minutes.
Very good service, and the guys there are great.

Ive had a bad experience at Infiniti of Marin tho ... still in the process of solving my problem since i left it out of court

 

I had my car serviced there yesterday. First oil change.... Met with John since Louis was off. They had a loaner car there waiting for me and I was in and out in 10 minutes. John told me that they would give me a call between 1 & 2 pm. He called me at 1 exactly. They also fixed the Fuel Shutter TSB and didn't wash my car as instructed. When I came back to pick up the car it was pulled upfront for me John met me outside and took me to the cash register. Then he walked me out as well.
