New DG 'Skyline' w/ aftermarket wheels on 680?

This morning on my commute I saw a really sweet Diamond Graphite Coupe, brand new (same Hendricks Pleasanton Infiniti plate as me) rolling south on 680. Had BIG wheels and tires, and an aftermarket exhaust, as well as Skyline badging.

Very tight ride!
