I know that this is a little late, but it is a good thing you are fine. Get an attorney, they will usually work for free on a deal like this. But make sure they compensate you for the depreciation in value now that it has been in an accident. CarFax will make it nearly impossible to sell that car now. It may as well ahve been totalled. Good Luck. That part of town is bad, the drivers are all nuts. I used to live at 1200 Lakeshore and drove through there all the time.

They are fixing the car right now and should be back by the end of April. Yea, I have been seeing chiropractor, but it takes alot of my time. Things aren't just the same without the G. it's really boring in the loaner ( 05Chrysler Sebring).
