My car accident in Oakland Chinatown.

2/5/06, 11:50am. I got T-bone at an interseection. that SUV driver was running a red light. The cop said there were 5 witnesses, and it was not my fault. I got sent to Hospital in an ambulance, but now i am fine. My car was bad, the passenger side was f* up. It's really sad to see her when i was in the ambulance. The paramedic kept saying, "now, u can get a new car" It maybe true, but i really love the one i have. I will see her tomorrow, and i will take some pictures to show u guys.

Make sure you keep track of any feelings of nausea/wooziness/etc. over the next few days, I'm sure the doctor already told you.

Now I have to ask because you were in Chinatown - was it a female Asian driver in that SUV?

That sucks man. At least you are ok.

It's crazy driving through there. I drive through there everyday to get to work and I have had many near misses with crazy/thoughtless/reckless drivers.

i took these with my camphone this morning..the body shop guy and my insurance person both said there is no way they will let me total my car. The worse part is, i don't know if they can fix it back to perfect condition. Some people told me to get lawyer, is that a good idea?
