Tire shop scratched my rims badly

Okay in the previous post i mentioned that i noticed a scratch on the lip of my rim and decided to let it drop after having the goodyear service center to patch my tire yesterday. Just now I had a closer look at the rims and found out that the area around all the lugnuts are scratched like HELL. What should I do? It says on the receipt that goodyear cannot be held liable for rim nick/scrapes. But that wasn't a scrape, it was almost deliberate... they just didn't give a **** about my rims when working on it.

Yeah, go complain and don't take "no" for an answer. Demand satisfaction.

Technically they are not responsible for the damages as it probably states somewhere but you should still complain to upper management.

You are the PAYING customer... they should have been more careful.

oh motherf.ckers... i would stand there over the mechanic when he's pulling the rims off, and if i saw him grabbing an impact wrench, i'd pry it from his hands and smack him on the head with it!
