any performance shop or wheel shop could drop your car for you.

if you are mechanically inclined, you could probably do it yourself.

if you are looking for recommendations, there is Z Car Garage and Scott Performance in Santa Clara.

talking about drop, i actualy want to get a drop .5-1inch too, just for look. And i heard we need to match the right spring rating. I have the 19in package. What's a good set of springs? People mentioned that 04+ 350z spring will do the job.

That is what I did, I have the 19" Volks and the Tien H tech off the 350Z cars and it dropped .8" front and rear, I was worried about camber but had it aligned today and was at negative 1.25 degrees all the way around and my toe was perfect.

Paul,

Excuse my noobish question . . . But is that amount of negative camber good, bad, safe, etc?

Andy our cars come with slight negative camber from the manufacturer, I think this is around -.8 to -1 degree so my -1.25 negative should not be a major issue on the rears and even if it is the shop said I have more room to get it adjusted but he did not want to sacrifice the toe which is just as important. The fronts on the other hand are also at the same negative camber as my rears which again is not a major issue but he told me to keep an eye on it as there is no adjustment on the fronts and the evo8 arms are the only things that may be needed.

Andy, if you dont want to install H-Techs yourself? I would whole heartly suggest bring you G35 to Josh, very reasonable price and of course, doing an excellent job as well...how much longer you have to wait for the wheels? I didnt want to bring it up in front of Mrs druing lunch

All depends on your budget, if you want to go top notch, go with HKS Coil Overs, however if you don't want to spend nearly as much but still want a nice drop, I recommend Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Springs, great reviews. 1.1 inch drop in the front and 1.0 inch drop in the rear.
