It's Air Fuel. Basically they hook up a probe to the exhaust tip. It's a good thing to have, although not really necessary if you're not doing any tuning.

Aww. . .they use an **** probe? A few dyno shops in in CA will actually pull one of the O2 sensors and install a wideband with pigtails into the bung that they can read off of. Sheesh. Can I get any more gross words into this post?
