that's weak, man. i feel your pain. as far as insurance goes, they will only reimburse you if you have receipts.

Damn homie sorry to hear. There aren't any security cameras in the lot where you park? Good luck on the repairs.

thanks guys

gps and mount is usually already put away, i barely use it. The radar detector i put away blocks ahead before i hit my parking lot. i'm sure they seen the suction prints on the windshield.

i'm still waiting for the claims guy to give me a call today. hopefully i get some kind of retribution.

Any update on the insurance coverage?

Sorry to hear this happened to you. I have been through it several times myself. It sucks!

Sorry to hear that man. It has never happened to me, not yet at least, but I can understand how that would be a pretty big downer for the day/week. At least insurance might help you out with some of that.

Thats what i got for my car. Any slight vibration and it will start paging you. The range is almost a mile I think.
I would highly not recommend running over to your car while it is being broken into. The guys could have big tools that could be used as weapons or even worse, guns. I always thought it would be great to have my alarm page me, but I would strongly recommend approaching your car carefully and have the cops on the way already.

Personally I wouldn't be all Hollywood and run up on my car being jacked by a criminal. That's just asking for an *** beating unless you know how to fight against people with possible weapons or even guns.
