yeah, i live about 10 min. south of tacoma and our neighbors had a house that burnt down with a copper roof (cost about 500,000$) and they also had another small guest house which didnt burn down, and after a while we noticed that parts of it were constantly being taken, one sunday morning (oddly enough) my dad woke up and decided to take a walk down our driveway and saw the crooks stealing the copper roof off the guest house, called the cops and they found the crooks hiding inside the house! HAHAHA!
