DOOOOOOOOOOO IT.
How did Peter do on your front bumper?
Some quality tint shop places can install those overlays for you. I would not go to a place that doesn't know what they're doing because it can turn out like sh*t. I got hooked up at Accutint in Bellevue, they do alot of nice cars and did a realy good job on my tint. I would try calling there and get a quote.
If I had a black car, I'd do the GTR cutout style for the rear like this, would look SICK

DO IT!!! I had mine installed by a fellow forum member while I still lived in CA but I have heard of tint shops that will do it, just not around there (Seattle area). Sorry I can't be more help but I agree that GTR style cutouts are way better than full smoke. Heres a pic of mine:

Hey envy sorry about the delay. I know there are some runs around the seattle area but I don't know exactly where. My pic was taken in SoCal on the GMR. Check this link from my other thread for some motorcycle roads that might have some good twists and turns for you. Hope it helps!! http://www.roadsnw.com/
