Infiniti of Kirkland or Infiniti of Tacoma?
Infiniti of Kirkland or Infiniti of Tacoma?
I recently picked up a used G, and need to figure out who I want to use to service my vehicle. Infiniti of Kirkland is much closer for me, but I wanted to see what fellow forum members thought...as I have no problems driving farther to get better service!
I have noticed that my car is burning quite a bit of oil, and wanted to start the Oil Consumption test with my next oil change.
Anyone have thoughts on either of these Infiniti dealers...GOOD/Bad/other?
Anyone have issues with Oil Consumption tests at either dealership?
Thanks for your thoughts!

I been to both... the kirkland one i deal with all the time. Good customer service is a plus @ kirkland. The one in fife i didnt like cause of service schld inconvience. and the c/s is poor.
Infiniti of Fife is awesome. I've been there about 3 times in the past 2 years and the service managers (Alex & Charlie) make it seem like we've known each other for a longer time.

Kerry's cool at Infiniti of Kirkland, I'm sure both dealerships do courtesy loaners. The scheduling and turn-around time was super fast - in and out in a day for the 30k service + odds and ends.
Well, I just got back from Infiniti of Kirkland...started my oil consumption test.
Overall experience was very good. I worked with Linda...she was very helpful, and told me to hope for a new engine!
The waiting area was packed, and she let me camp out at one of the sales desks so I could get some work done while I was there.
Thanks to all for the feedback...as it sounds both dealerships do a nice job!
