I used Advanced Powder Coating Northwest in Bellingham, WA. The owner there is a real car guy. He has a 6 second dragster and knows his stuff. He typically charges about $70 a wheel and that includes blasting, prep, and color, but don't quote me on that price. He knows not to bake the wheels over 275F. He has a huge color selection as well.
