Paint Problems Black G35 Coupe

Hey guys I got a 03 coupe. The paint since before I bought it had issues with the paint. I have pics of the areas and would like to know what I'd have to do to fix it. And where I can go to have it done. And an estimated cost to fix the paint. Thank you for the advice! Sorry if this post has been made before. I tried to search fixes and stuff just nothing that was like mine. Then again maybe I didn't search long enough. Also got a couple chips on the roof of the car just past the sun roof. Sorry been raining too much and no garage to wash my car. I live in Oregon close to Portland so if you have a suggestion or know why the paint is like that let me know thanks again!

Front passenger side. Bubbling paint but I know needs the whole fender redone.

The white spot on the left. Has no paint smooth surface.

Deep scratch on rear bumper

Above drivers side door part 1

Above drivers side door part 2

By front drivers door

Front bumper.

What I see is an old car that has never been garaged in it's life, left out in the elements and the clear coat is failing! When was the last time you detailed your car...never? Why bother posting pic when the answer is obvious? Or maybe you think auto paint is bullet proof?

As I said my previous post it was messed up before I got the car. I do detail the car and it's been raining to no end as of late. Been a week since last wash and wax. I detail it every chance I get. I just want to bring it back to life. She's not a hooker I keep her clean.

you need to just get it repainted. take it to an auto body shop and get a quote. prob wont be cheap cause of all the different panels they have to prep and paint.

Wraps are always an option if you don't want to shell out major bucks for a legit paint job. 1-2k for a nice vinyl wrap that'll last a long time

Not familiar with wraps or how to keep them maintained and clean I love my gloss that's on her now. Maybe I should dip it. Not sure entirely. But I'll weigh my options thanks

Love gloss but want dip...? What, plastidip is matte finish to the core. You can get a chrome wrap if you wanted, it basically a better and more durable version of dipping, but with much better results. There is no real maintenance to a wrap, just clean it and wash it like you would normal car paint. You can get matte, satin, gloss, chrome; basically any finish you want in a wrap.

Thanks for the information. Glad to know I got options. The car is 13 years old and still has original paint. Just wish the person before me took better care of it.

Go to metrorestyling.com They have a huge assortment of vinyl and you can even purchase samples if your not sure of color. I bought an entire roll of Vinyl for 615 shipped.

So I could go with the wraps. But the only thing I'll miss is the gloss that I created. For the paint to be defective (cursing previous owner) it looks pretty good. I made a video of a walk around.
