Clearbra and Tint in Portland/Seattle Area
Clearbra and Tint in Portland/Seattle Area
I'm looking for a good installer for clearbra and tint. Anyone know of a good installer in the Portland/Vancouver or Seattle area?
I searched the forums and saw rockblocker was recommended in Seattle. However, when I contacted rockblocker, they said the installer was let go due to "quality" issues. They recommended "house of tint" in Beaverton, but I called there and they don't even answer with their business name. In fact, the conversation went like this:
House of Tint (after the phone was dropped while being answered): Hello?
Me: Hi, is this house of tint?
House of Tint: Uh... (long pause as though he were taking another hit) ... yes.
I hung up... didn't think any real business would be answering the phone like that, but if someone can recommend them I'll give them a call back.
I also tried ClearBra of Oregon. I asked the guy if he has a few cars there I can check out, to ensure the quality of the install. He laughed and then said he doesn't, but can show me the material (not kidding, I can't make this crap up) . Then he went on to say his website was out of date, and the product they were using before had "quality" issues.
Sorry for the rant, but any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.

I am taking my G to 503Motoring on Friday (www.503motoring.com) for a clear bra. To get the full bra done, excluding headlights, they gave me a quote of $550. They were recommended to me by a friend that had his TL done there and he was very happy with their work. I will post again after I get my G ride back. Not sure how their tint quality is, but I intend to talk with them about it.

Thanks for replying Mant. I've scheduled a time with Clearbra Oregon for next monday. They're right at $550.
But I'll get a hold of 503 motoring and see if they have a nice tint/clearbra package deal.
I appreciate the follow up.
Thanks
Peter
