Hello Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond G35 drivers! I'm new

Hello everyone! So I've taken the plunge. I will be driving down to Tacoma this coming up Sat to pick up my brand new 06 ivory pearl 6MT G35 coupe . I just wanted to introduce myself to the people around this area (I'm in Redmond) that are G35 enthusiasts.

I also have a question for yall. The dealership has someone that does tint and clear bra but they wanted ~$400 for tint and $1700 for the clear bra!!! Crazy! Does anyone have a good reputable shop that whey would recommend for either tint and/or clear bra?

Thanks xswl, I'll take a look at it. How many of you applied your own clear bra? I know someone who put it on his car and it didn't come out to well...

Nice to have you on board bro. I'm in Kirkland, and always up for a few of us to go snag some drinks. A bunch of us here on the eastside should go meet up for some drinks soon. Anyway, Welcome

A set of swaybars would be perfect.

Any particular one that you like ? Can the 55 series tires be part of the problem too ? I'm new to Nissan/Infinitis. My last cars were the Evo VIII, BMW 540is and the Honda Accord V6.

I'm not too far from Kirkland. I live just a little ways off 520 down right across from the entrance from Magnusen Park. I'd be down for a drink sometime to put some faces with the names.

Well most of the aftermarket bars have 2 or 3 way adjustability. I happened to get a set of Hotchkis bars used w/ the collars so that's what I went with. 3 way adjustable on each bar and only slightly heavier than stock (still hollow like the oem bars) Yeah I think the 215-55-17s are giving up the ghost and the bars are making the tires work harder. but I have some coupe 19s I need to install.

I had my Evo done at a place called Clear Solution in Lynnwood. Highly recommend the stuff if you want to keep your front end chip-free. Also, look into having them apply to your door handles, door edges and top of rear bumper to prevent scuffs

I am finding out that I need that clear bra ASAP. How much to get full front, mirrors, etc. all done, and where to go?

I just got my tint and clear bra done today at Auto Trim Design in Tukwilla. www.autotrimseattle.com. I'm pretty happy with it right now, although it was raining all day today so I'll have to take a closer look when it's dry and clean. But they have a lifetime warranty on all their install work, so if you have a problem, take it back and they'll redo it for free. I got their package 3 clear bra (everything), and 35% presidential tint (their top of the line tint) for about $1k installed. Kinda pricy, but it's a good shop that's been around for a while so you know they'll be around to honor that lifetime warranty (which didn't happen with the last shop I went to for my Maxima =\, lesson learned).
