can you get an unlocked one in the store, quick answer is no. 1.1.2 is not unlockable yet.

anything after november 24th is not unlockable out of the box with 1.1.2, ealier 1.1.2 is unlockable and jailbreakable

your right, anything below the 47th week of release 1.1.2 is unlockable, anything past that is not yet
