For ATT/Cingular , its the dark gray one. I got the phone about two weeks ago. In great shape. The back lid is from my old curve tho so the back lid does have some scratches.

But the phone itself looks brand new. No scratches on the screen, no faded numbers , not a nick anywhere. It prob has about 500 minutes worth of use.

My only camera right now is the phone. If you really want to Im sure I could use a friends camera this weekend and take pics.

No box. I believe I have the software but I have to check. Comes with wall charger, holster and headset.

Yes. Straight from Corporate ATT. The case is ATT branded and it has all the ATT software. It is the exact same phone you would buy at any ATT store.

 

Why not just return it to AT&T? Even if its missing the box they only charge a $25 fee.

 

I cant. It was an insurance replacement because I broke my old one.

 

Just took a few pics .They are from a camera phone so they are not the greatest but are decent enough. It shows all the items included and I did a close up on the back lid that scratched and on the phone itself thats in like new condition.
