Mio Digiwalker C320 4.3" GPS / MP3 Player - $100 - fits great in cubby compartment
Up for sale is is my C320. It's about 4 months old, and in excellent condition, used only a couple of times. My original plan was to use this as a DD alternative, since it supports up to 16gb sd cards (card not included), and plays mp3 but I have decided to get the avic 90bt.
These are the features it comes with:
http://www.mio.com/us/gps-navigation...0-features.htm
Additional features:
- Added TTS (text to speech) - This feature speaks out the street names, so instead of saying "Turn right in 500 feet", it will say "Turn right on university drive in 500 feet"
It also has a 2.5mm audio out jack, and I will include a 2.5mm-3.5mm converter, that will let you connect it to your stereo with cassette adapter/fm modulator/pac nis etc.
Now the best part: It fits in the G35 cubby compartment perfectly, without any modifications, and it won't fall or slip while driving (see pics below). The only negative is that you can't connect the charger when it's in the cubby because the jack is at the bottom. It worked out for me because I used it only when going to new territories and the battery lasts about 2 hours.
This is one of the easily-hackable units, that can be modded to install additional apps like video player, ms office etc, basically you can turn it into a PDA More info here:
