whatever you do, do not upgrade for firmware 2.2.1 .... this will disable your cydia\yellowsn0w unlock

wait for the dev team to release new software before upgrading to 2.2.1 and your phone will function fine in the mean time on 2.2

yes this phone has the 2.28 modem so as long as the new owner doesnt use itunes to update they will always be fine

You are incorrect sir, you rolled your eyes for no reason. If you upgrade your phone to 2.2.1 through iTunes you WILL lock your phone as of right now. Yes you can quickpwn it, but that will not unlock it.
