seems a little high for just the resort + airfare. Is there anything else included?

yeah I dont mean to thread hate but seeing that I have been in the travel business for 20 years that seems a bit excessive.

using the hyatt.com site, five nights over a weekend in march which is generally considered high season, the highest category which is a regency suite is $1675 USD

are we missing something?

if I didnt know any better, I would say this was some sort of prize won that's transferable but unfortunately has a very inflated retail cost that the op may not be aware of? given he has such a high post count, lets give him some time to explain.

Sorry guys, it was a prize won at a charity event. I didnt do much research on it before posting so i just went off the msrp on the sheet with all the paper work. I just pasted my posting on craigslist and that's why i put OBO. I have no idea how much its worth. Not trying to rip anyone off, i'm all about giving my G brothers a deal. Price changed.

thats cool and we appreciate and know your being straight. BUT your asking price is still just way too high. $2500 would be more in line.
