Great vacuum. I have the DC25 as well. I actually got really lucky though and got mine for 250 dollars at Khols.

 

Was it refurbished? They are going for $600 now!

Khols doesnt sell refurbished. I got it back in Decemeber with some slickdeals.com magic. It was 599.99 but Khols will price match anyone. At the time Sears was selling it for like 449.99 I think and then I used a Khols 30% off coupon, dropping it to like 315. Then I got 10 dollars in Khols cash for every 50 dollars spent. So 60 bucks in Khols cash. Basically dropped the price to 250.

It was a very special situation. The vacuum is amazing and definatly worth your price.
