1999 Honda Accord EX Coupe Auto Fully Loaded

Currently selling my wife's (adult owned/driven) fully loaded Honda Accord EX and 1st off the tranny just started to slightly slip after warm up and 20+ miles or so. Has had a really slow leak for about 2 months but barely enough to show up on stick so this could or could not be the problem. So with worse case scenario I'm shaving a tranny of the top of what
we were going to sell for.

Purchased from Gillman Honda as a certified vehicle with 40K. Car is always garaged and non-smoking. Has been meticously maintained with scheduled maintenance and have all maintenance/repair receipts.

Interior is in nice condition with only a small tear on drivers seat. Have used leather conditioner religiously and shampooed carpets. Never been smoked in no burns. Passenger side window gets hung up once in awhile about half way. Has Factory Alarm system only thing is have to hold battery down on remote to operate. Easily fixed with a little sauder I just don't have one.

Exterior is in good condition with a small dent on passenger side rear quarter and one the rear bumper (as seen in pix). Center taillight tends to get some moisture inside after wash/rain but have not incurred any problems. New wheels and tires.

Engine runs superb, idles exact with no problems. A/C blows cold, heater heats, defroster defrost.

Have used Castrol full Synthetic oil W/ Mobil 1 filter and Puralator Pure 1 from day one and have done oil anaylysis in the past with Polaris labs here in Houston, have those result documents also which showed very good internal wear #'s. Just had oil changed last month @ 121736.
