I have had this bike for a little over 2 years I am deciding to get rid of it due to the fact that I'm trying to buy a house. This bike is my most prized possession, I have meticulously taken care of this bike. It is a 2009 Honda CBR600RR with a little over 8,4xx miles on it. It was broken in per the honda owners manual, with the first oil change done at 600 miles, 1500 miles, and I switched to full synthetic at 3k, 4,500, 6k, 7500 were the last oil changes. This bike has NEVER been laid down or ridden hard. The front tire has never been off the ground. I waxed it at least once a month, cleaned/lubed and adjusted the chain as necessary. I recently just put on brand new Michelin Power Pure (dual compound) tires at 5k miles. They are showing excellent even wear. They should be good for at least another year. The bike has also never been to the drag strip or around a race track. I have tastefully modded the bike and all the maintenance has been done by me. I am a Lexus Certified and ASE certified technician. Here are the mods to date.

Lowered 2 inches in the rear and 1.5 inches in the front

I'm pretty sure that is all the mods I have done to the bike. Included in the sale will also be my Icon Perforated leather jacket (Medium) My icon airframe helmet with tinted visor (will include clear visor as well, medium in size, has a few scratches from normal use), HJC Carbon Fiber helmet. With tinted windscreen. Scorpio helmet with 3 different colored screens. The HJC and Scorpio helmet are less than a year old and are in excellent condition Scorpio gloves (medium) and Icon Super duty pants (if you like 32,32 is the size I believe) Also including Alpinestar MX-5 Riding boots. They are size 10 in mens. This bike is nothing but extraordinary, and has never given me problems what so ever. I extremely firm with the price, and I will ONLY accept CASH. No test rides unless you have cash in hand. I will also include my Vortex rear stand, battery charger for the two way remote, Battery tender (for the winter), Bullydog? (forgot the companies name) 1 1/2 inch cable lock for the front tire. The bike was also always garaged kept or had a cover on it when it was outside. When it was stored in the winter it was inside a climate controlled garage. Once again this bike is nothing short of amazing and has many more miles ahead of itself. What is my loss is your gain. UPDATE: I do have a lien from Honda Finance. I will do all that is necessary, talking to the banks and Honda Finance in order to make this as headache free as possible.
