any apartment I get going forward MUST have a garage.

it doesn't have to have a living room, kitchen, or bedroom, but it MUST have a garage lol

maybe i'll just rent a storage room and live in it LOL

Geez I didn't say nuclear fallout lol

"To sum up, all cars will have some amount of industrial fallout or ferrous metal contamination. The severity depends much on where you drive your car and more importantly, where you park your car. "

^hahahahaa My other cars have always sat outside. My last car sat outside for 14 years through daily driving it and 180k miles. the paint was still in less than 5 year old condition because I took the time to ensure it care, through proper cleaning, waxing and sealing at least 2 times a year. Leaving it outside here in Ohio wont kill it as long as you are taking care of the paint. My Silverado wont fit into my garage and its 11 years old. The paint is excellent, beads up water and show no oxidation or damage from contaminates. Its all about care fellas! (I have been detailing cars with my dad's business since I was 12).

in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing, paint can last a long time.

Jeremy maybe sometime over the summer or whenever you detail your car can I come learn from a master? I really don't want to pay a guy to do it twice a year if I can learn to do it myself.
