Any1 know of any good shops that drop g35's in ohio? I have an x, so I know it will be a little more difficult to lower it, but if any1 knows a reliable spot (hopefully columbus) please let me know! Thanks!

I'm not really sure what would be best for an awd system. I hear that coil springs are good but not sure. I guess I need a little more advice on it. I am not looking to go super aggressive with the drop, just a little. I am trying to still have a decent ride. I just ordered mrr gt1's in 20's. 20x8.5 all the way around. I guess it just depends on how it looks when its put on. I should have them next week, but I am expecting to drop it some...

Good luck with the search...I would just ask around who would install it and do an alignment the same day. I would also try using the search feature within this site... I am sure there are quite a few X's lowered. I personally used Eibach springs on oem shocks right now and I am happy.

And BuckeyeG and I installed the springs ourselves in one of our install meets. (it helped that the Spring was already installed on the shock, which made it quite a bit easier!)

Yea, I did do a search but I'm still kind of a noob when it comes to this stuff. They have a thread for lowered x's but these are typically all people from the west coast. Plus, some of the problems they are describing I dont really want to go thru. So I am just trying to ask around first and find a solution for myself.
I am not opposed to idea either to meet up and do an install, how much would you guys charge?

Nice, I just have to find out the best setup then, but I don't think I am a member yet. At least I haven't got any notification.

Did you use the signup? As long as your not just gettting springs and we dont have to use a spring compressor then we can problly do it at my place.
