I used to be pretty Americanized until high school, but since then, anything but >_<; Now that I'm out of college, I'm trying to get back to hanging out with people more ethnically diverse, but it hasn't been completely easy...

amen! korean bul go gee is the best

I test drove a genesis coupe 3.8 today, and to be honest I was happy to get back in my g35... the guy was raving about how much better the genesis is over the g37, but the nice thing was he let me drive it without him in the car, and i abused the car for a couple miles, he made a comment that the brakes smelled pretty strong, and I just told him I was testing the brembos lol, i went up to 90 and then slammed on the brakes, it stopped pretty quick but that was about it lol

I used this multi-quote thing for the first time! Thanks for letting me know. Anyways got to ask, why were you test driving the Genesis?

because i read a thread in the gspot that someone was comparing them, so i figured i'd do my own comparison, I was happy to get back in my g35, the genesis didn't 'stand out' and felt like i would forget it's a sporty coupe.

I agree...I test drove the 3.8 6-speed (back when my legs still moved when I wanted them to) and I wasn't all that impressed. It felt kind of cheap and that was compared to my Accord Coupe 6-speed. Comparing it to the G is a whole new level. Nothing wrong with a solid test drive though. Doesn't cost anything. Now I'm pissed...I just realized I can't go test drive (aka beat on) cars anymore. Unless they have a hand control. Fat chance!
