One of the cooler apps I saw took your rss feeds and created a newspaper layout with photos of articles pulled from sites you get feeds.

Anyway i think its less a revolution and more a paradigm shift in how ppl will consume media and other related content. Like i said i like it, and I think it'll really shine when I go on business trips. As handy as the iphone is for browsing, the limited screen size makes it a real pain sometimes.
Damn you and your well thought out point(s).

I guess I will wait like I always do with Apple stuff for them to get a few generations down and reassess. I've never been an early adopter of anything, and I guess if it does open up a market for things like reference textbooks and other useful things it would be worthwhile at a lower price point, but until then, I'll just use my 10lb, skull crushing Harrison's to get the job done.

The iPhone is a pain, but I don't go on business trips so I've never needed a thing like that, might change based on how much I travel in the future, but I can see how it might be desirable for someone on the road/plane all the time.

Anyways, we make money and we gotta spend it on something right? An iPad is just as good a thing to buy for pleasure as anything else. Let's leave it at that.

I like Apple products but the only one I own is an iPod. I would absolutely buy an iphone if it was on the Verizon network. Sad.

I don't have any issues at all on the AT&T network, but I must live in areas that get good signals from their towers... full bars at home, work, and the highway between.

You cooking up an Ipad as well Tom? hahahaaa

I will stick with my Zune, My Dell and My HP laptops and my Crackberry! Like said, I cant see how they can release something that is behind the times with other simular technology or gadgets and have people go all gaga over it! Baffles me...I would rather spend my money on wise investments on what I need versus what its cool because someone else said so!
