for 99 cents so I'm gonna try these first, the reviews say they bring blades back to life. will let you know if it's worth the money (99cents for 18 applications isn't too shabby)
so anyways, i applied these on my car a couple weeks ago and it kind of revived the blades, they don't chatter like they used to and i get full sweeps from the blade. Just ran out of washer fluid this morning though so I'll need to pick up some more rain-x Originally Posted by carsontl

Got something new today: a hockey puck.
For those of you who occasionally do your own wrench work, you may agree that jacking up a G35 using the pinch welds can be a pain if you don't have the right type of head on your jack. I personally have the 4 pronged cup type that is terrible for the pinch welds. I can never get it to sit quite right on the weld and I have slightly bent two welds when they slipped.
So I said, f-ck that and looked around at adapters for Nissan. I stumbled onto a page with a hockey puck adapter. Basically a $1.25 for a practice puck...then took my dremel and cut a groove in the middle for the pinch weld. And because I wanted the cup to fit in nicely each time and not guess if it's centered or what not, I lazily grooved a circle into the opposite side so it fits in there all nice like. When it's on the jack the puck looks like it should be OEM.
Anyways picks of puck -
Top w/ weld groove:

Bottom w/ cup groove:

I'll snap a pic of it on the floor jack later. I tested it out a few times and it works perfectly.
