Just signed up (waiting to be approved) for the OGC and wanted to drop in and say "Sup Ya'll!"

I'm a full time Firefighter here in BG, but am in L'ville once a month (at least) for Air Nat Guard drill. Anyone want to meet up @ Rooster's for beers and wings, just drop me a PM and I'll get some dates together.

Take care,
rob.g

Nice! They have a good department. I work for the FD so if you get on, I'll definitely see you around.

I think you just showed your age! (LOL). There's several around, but they aren't enthusiasts. They're just yuppies trying to keep up w/ the Mercs and Beemers...

Nothing special right now. I've been locating Authentic Nismo parts and have just about pieced my Aero kit together. My rear lip (authentic) will be here tomorrow along w/ a few others!

Whas up BATTLE!!! I got 17.5 years in the Army Reserve. I was in a training unit the whole time and did several stateside deployments to train troops. I was a tank commander instructor (19k w/ H identifier) and then later got my X identifer (Drill Sgt.) and pushed troops @ Ft. Knox. I left the reserves as a 19K4X (E-7) and transferred to the Air Nat Guard for an Aircraft Rescue FF job. That's also what I do in civilian.

If you guys have contact info, feel free to PM me and we can hook up when I head up north.
Thanks ya'll,
rob.g

Oh okay, thought you were talking about Bowling Green College (before it was WKU), was it BG Tech (on Loop Dr. past Warren Central High School)?

I'm on Grider Pond Rd. off Cave Mill and Smallhouse.

ha ha - I'm an idiot.

I thought you were talking about Bowling Green, Ohio... Saw BG and got excited. (there is also a louisville near Bowling green Ohio so seemed to make sense.)

Although, i drove through BG, KY on my way to Texas. Stopped at the vette museum, but it wasn't that impressive since it was being remodelled.

Corvettes are boring... Of course, I see them every day.

The museum, however, is in the process of adding a track (autocross, I think) on the opposite side of the interstate, so that should be interesting.

I am pure chAir Force guy...16 years in the making...88m to be exact. I served with the 1st ID in Iraq in 2004 out of FOB Spiecher preforming Convoy Sercurity as a 50 Cal Operator. Three trips to Iraq, Kuwait and Saudia Arabia, and a very lucky deployment to Germany and Turkey.
