Dilemma with my rear shocks!!

So I have a huge dilemma here at my dealership with my rear shocks... They were able to install the front shocks just fine, but with the rear, they said that they can't get the bolt off and the only way to get the old shocks off were to break the knuckles.... each knuckle with cost me $298... So another $600 plus labor cost.... do you know if slowmo would be better at installing my rear shocks by chance since they are more familiar with my type of car or is there any other shops anyone would recommend?!?!

Get an a long 3/8" extension, the socket that will take the bolts off and use a pipe on the ratchet handle as a breaker bar. That should do the trick. Try spraying a little liquid wrench on it and let it sit

you can heat it with a torch or cut it off before you would have to break the knuckles...

If you have the desire to do this job yourself, i have all the tools you'll ever need and would be happy to help. I did the front and rear suspension on my Z two years ago. I can't give you a heated place to do it though!

It doesn't matter whether you work there or not; dealerships try to steal from you either way.
