Bad
+ Exterior 7/10. Especially the lower part of the front bumper. It is pretty scratched up but it seems like you can cover this with the OEM front lip.
+ Driver's seat has a small cut (3"). Doesn't really bother me and it's on the bottom portion of the seat. The passenger's seat is in good shape.

Good
+ Mechanically 10/10. I daily this car everyday and I have gone numerous trips to Chicago (while obtaining ridiculous amounts of parking tickets!! )
+ Top works beautifully every time. It did have a loose striker so I followed the DIY from an s2ki member and it doesn't slip any wind through!
+ Clutch is in great shape.
+ Tires are almost brand new.
+ In November 2012, following maintenance was performed.

1. Motor oil changed with AMSOIL 5W-30 full synthetic + OEM Honda PCX filter.
2. Transmission oil changed with OEM Honda MTF.
3. Spark plugs changed with NGK.
4. Alignment done.
5. And I have a bottle of unopened AMSOIL differential oil.

It is currently sitting on Rota Slipstream (plastidipped) and there is a spare in the trunk as well.
Fenders are rolled from previous owner.
It has aftermarket head unit but I'mt not really familiar with audio systems so I can't really comment on it but it does have radio/cd/aux port so I just connect my phone to the unit and stream music.
