yeah i know my boyfriend just recently joined the SLR world and he is also really jealous that my little cute camera is capable of things his huge fancy camera isn't. Here is a picture he took of me shooting pictures with his SLR, with my camera and the accent feature (that is one confusing sentence i hope the picture clarifies what i mean):

I am a Canon fanoboi. However, this effect can easily be done in Photoshop. Here is a shot i took a couple of months ago.

I finally got a chance to take a picture of my car with my new camera and using the Color Accent feature.
Unfortunately, the car is stuck in my parent's garage (where it has been in hybernation for over 2 months now).
So the best i could come up with was this:

If you go to your manual settings and just keep clicking through all the opitons you will find it. I know for my old sd500 it was under a setting called "my colors" and its icon was a little bell with a capital A on the bottom of it.

On my sd900 it has its own section right at the top next to digital macro, and its icon is a flower with a capital A on the bottom. So just search for it or google it
