Finally contributing to this thread:

Things on the agenda:
-**Sell Pop Charger/Z tube combo**
-Nismo oil and rad caps
-Paint tanks matte black
-Relocate VIN
-Mothers polish the AC lines
-Start replacing various fittings/clamps with stainless ones
-Braided hoses
-Remove any unneccessary parts (windshield fluid filler, misc brackets, guys help me out here.....)

Longer term stuff:
-Polish timing cover on car vs. buy one and attempt the swap
-Start tucking wires
-polished spacer and lower plenum
-Paint (and possibly mold) battery covers
-Paint some other stuff black
-Remove hood prop and get NRG hood dampers
-Steel tanks for coolant overflow and ps

Any other suggestions? What would u guys recommend I use to really make the polished goods shine?

A buffing wheel with some polishing compound, should take any scratches out.

something different

My mom wants to sell her mid-life crisis soon ('03 Mustang GT), so she asked me to clean up her engine bay while I was home for Thanksgiving. I guess some of the folks who've looked at the car have wanted to see the engine. Anyway, I just did a basic cleanup with a little polish to the shock towers, radiator support, and bottom of the hood...I still felt like I was cheating on Lucy (my car)

before & after photos...

three buckets of grime...

Chris, when you see fluid under your G, don't worry nothings leaking - Lucy just took a **** on your garage floor... she said since you apparently need something to clean up, she'll give you one. I guess she was "pissed" about you cheating on her

Good work that makes a huge difference, that should help the curb appeal

Chris...
Great Job...
Really made a big difference and I'm sure Mom was real happy but...
you could've at least tucked the Main Wire Harness on the firewall!

It's a little out dated but close enough for now.
