Some garage make over pix.

I posted a thread a while back regarding garage ideas, flooring, cabinets, etc... so I finally purchased a condo and just finished working on my garage. It's a small 2 bedroom place in Manhattan Beach, California, but hey, it's our first home after renting apartments for over 15 years, so just a little excited....

Here's some before and after pix.... I got some ideas for seeing other g35driver member's garages here and decided to do mine... it's only 2 car garage condo, so nothing big or fancy.

Just thought I'd share some pix:

Garage Mod list: epoxy flooring, painted walls & ceiling light grey, slide-lok cabinets, track lighting, and added a curtain in front of my water heater cuz it's an eyesore....

I just asked her right now and she says: "I like your garage! It's your place and it's done in good taste!"

Plus, her favorite picture is the Alessadra Ambrosio cowgirl poster...

Other pix here, but it's pretty much the same:

Yeah, one of my friends said, "So, can I rent out your garage and live there!? I'll just stick a sofa in there and I'll be set!"

My setup right now runs around 9K from the HRE website. I paid under 7K last year including tires. They are 20" HRE 540Rs 9.5" fronts and 10.5" rears and have a brushed aluminum finish with clear coat and Falken Azenis ST-115 tires. I'm sure you can find a better deal than 9K including tires.

Good luck!

Actually, I had someone do it for me:

http://sobcoatings.com/garage.html

They had a bad batch of epoxy the week they did mine, and I noticed some "yellowing" spots here and there, so they'll re-do the whole floor next week free of charge of course.
